Design brief
A face to face meeting to learn more about the your objectives for the project, the team, timelines and design elements which you like.
We will work on and present initial floor layouts, modifying walls and architecture where possible. We will also show possible furniture and joinery locations and initial look-and-feel imagery.
Concept Design
We will present concept designs showcasing various furniture styles, further modifications to the spaces, feature lighting and rendered elevations and plans. Additionally, we will provide you with mood boards that include a range of finish samples, furniture suggestions, and joinery concepts.
Design Development and Detail Design
We will work your contractor and other professionals to produce a coordinated set of drawings to work from. Drawings for tender to the specialists and review of their submissions are also services we can offer.
FF&E Design and Procurement
With a wealth of knowledge and access to fabrics, retail and bespoke furniture, soft furnishings and lighting we will produce and procure a scheme that suits your project’s budget.
Realisation
Regular site visits and team meetings keep a project on track and we can be there until the last element is installed. Our projects are high end and we recognise the level of workmanship needed to achieve the standard you will require.
