Our Process
Interior Design
We take the time to explore your vision and hopes for the project and together create a concept brief that compliments your personality and style.
Taking this brief, we will provide you with a design brochure, including key architectural features, materials, kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, furniture and decorative lighting.
Together we review the architect’s floor plans from an interior design perspective to enhance every area.
We can create rendered CGIs for you as an option.

Design development
We will produce detailed drawings, specification packages as part of tender documentation.
Nicci works closely with the rest of the design team to produce a coordinated set of drawings for the main contractor.
We will then introduce you to trusted kitchen designers and joiners, suppliers and specialists, and help you review their submissions.

Design Project Management
Regular site visits and team meetings keep our projects on track and we will be there until the last element is installed.
Our projects are high end and we recognise the level of workmanship needed to achieve the standard you require.

FF&E Design and Procurement
With a wealth of knowledge and access to fabrics, retail and bespoke furniture, soft furnishings and lighting Nicci will produce and procure a scheme that suits your project’s budget and vision.
